BREAKING: Curfew imposed in Bayelsa

A Curfew has been imposed in Bayelsa State to check the ongoing riots in the state caused by the Judgement of the Supreme Court.

The Commissioner of Police, Uche Anozia, said the curfew would last between 8am to 6am beginning from Friday to Sunday.

He said a total number of 8 had already been arrested for violent conduct following the protest at different parts of the State.

Anozia warned residents to obey the curfew insisting that violators would be arrested.
