A fast rising artiste, Tino Payson is our Pop Focus for the week. The talented crooner came by Popcentral Tv to speak a little bit about what he has been up to and what inspired his new single titled “Monday”.

Tino Payson whose real names are Habeeb Adusalami Lawal was born and bred in Lagos state.

According to him, he started music at a very tender age in which he became official in 2017.

When asked about how his journey has been so far and what inspired his new track “Monday”, he said: “It has not been easy but the ministry is moving. Monday was inspired by the hustle and bustle of Lagos. You cant just sit in your house and wait for an angel to give you everything you need.”

Meanwhile, for future collaborations, he mentioned five artistes he will like to work with. They are Wizkid, Chris Brown, Davido, Olamide and Doilinks.

“In two years time, I see a big picture of where i’d be. I have my own vibe. I dont want to sound like any other artiste.” He said.
